Manage Your Account in Version 2024_1

In this chapter we’ll go through the log in and log out processes.

Logging In

When you wish to log in to Good Sign:

1.  Go to the login page that has been provided for you
2.  Enter your username and password
3.  Click Login
4.  You will receive an SMS or email containing a one-time password. Enter the number into the pop-up window and press “Sisäänkirjaudu” to log in

Logging Out

When you wish to log out from Good Sign:

1.  Click on the Settings button in the top right corner
2.  Select LOG OUT

Note! If you don’t log out, the session will stay active for 24 hours, for convenience reasons. However, we recommend that you log out for security purposes

Changing The Theme

When you wish to change the appearance of your Good Sign Portal:

1.  

   Log in to your Good Sign account

2.  

   Move your cursor to the top right corner of the panel, onto the Settings button

3.  

   Choose Account Details from the drop-down menu

4.  

   Choose the theme by pressing it (see Figure 3)

5.  

   Press Save (see Figure 3)

6.  

   Press Close (see Figure 3)

Changing Your Password

When you wish to change your password, do the following steps:

1.  

   Log into your Good Sign account

2.  

   Move your cursor to the top right corner of the portal, onto the Settings button (see Figure 2)

3.  

   Choose CHANGE MY PASSWORD

4.  

   Enter a new password (see Figure 4)

5.  

   Confirm the new password (see Figure 4)

6.  

   Press Save (see Figure 4)

7.  

   Press Close (see Figure 4)
