Report task details can be viewed by right clicking a report and selecting Edit.

In Edit Task, you can edit the settings of that task, including the schedule type, report format, run time, and delivery method. These settings depend on how the report has been initially set up.

The report format can be changed by clicking on Report Format. Report Format options are pdf, csv or excel (xlsx).

Delivery Method controls how the report will be delivered. The options are:

  1. None – the report can only be downloaded from Good Sign via Reports dashboard
  2. Email – the report will be sent via regular email as an attachment
  3. Email (zipped) – the email attachment will be zipped to control the file size

  8. SFTP – the report will be sent to an SFTP server target directory
  9. File copy – a copy of the file will be sent to an existing location
