1. Details

1.1 New Navigation                                                                                                        

The release introduces a new way to navigate the user interface of Good Sign application. The new navigation uses a combination of top and left-side menus, making it faster to move around and see the currently active page.

The old navigation is still active by default, but we encourage you to take the new navigation in use from Account Settings (which you find from top right corner of the application).

The new navigation has a renewed page hierarchy that

  • Groups often used organization-specific billing and reporting dashboards under Organizations in the top menu
  • Groups less often used pages related to Products, Automation and Settings into their own top menu categories

Benefits of the new navigation for the user

  • Easier for (new) users to learn what features available and which page is currently active
  • Left sidebar lets the user to quickly move around in the often-used dashboards while keeping the organization selected

1.2 Improved Customer Overview Pages

In release 2025_4, we introduced new Customer Overview and Contract Details dashboards. Now, we have further developed these pages to give insight into which products and services the customer has been using and paying for.

New features of Customer Overview (Main Page):

  • New dual-axis trend chart: charged object amount vs. price, grouped by product categories
  • List view that displays charged objects grouped by product categories, object types, & profiles
  • It is possible to drill down to a selected product category, object type, or profile to see more details.

New Product Category Details Page

  • Dual-axis trend chart: charged object amount vs. price of the selected product category
  • List view that displays charged objects grouped by product

New Object Type Details Page

  • Dual-axis trend chart: charged object amount vs. price of the selected object type
  • List view that displays charged objects grouped by object profiles & products
  • It is possible to drill down to a selected object profile

New Object Profile Details Page

  • Dual-axis trend chart: charged object amount vs. price of the selected object profile
  • List view that displays charged objects grouped by products
  • List view that displays objects and charge tickets

Updates to the Contract Details page

  • Possibility to see a list of uninvoiced or invoiced charge tickets

1.3 AI Chat Support

The application now has an integrated AI-based Chat Support. AI has been trained with Good Sign user guides, so it can answer questions about using Good Sign to perform actions.

Accessing the AI Chat Support:

  • Old navigation: Select “AI Chat Support” from About menu in the top right corner.
  • New navigation: Click “AI Chat Support” button in the top right corner.

The Chat sidebar appears on the right side of the browser window. It’s possible to expand the chat window or close it.

1.4 AI-Based Invoicing Forecasting

There is a new tab “AI Prediction” in Invoice Monitoring view. The function uses previous 12 months billing for one customer at a time and AI selects a suitable prediction model and results analysis 12 months in  advance with both graphical and written analysis.

Accessing the AI-based invoicing forecasting:

  • Select a customer from the organization tree
  • Select Invoice Monitoring from Reporting menu and AI Prediction tab

1.5 Invoice Batch View

Invoice batches can now be monitored and managed easily by a new view where users can see total numbers of invoices per category and send invoices with single action. The categories are

  • Total number of invoices
  • Unsent invoices
  • Manual check required

Invoice batches view can be accessed from Billing menu and Invoice batches selection.

1.6 Datatables View

Datatables view is a new user interface for browsing big datatables such as imported data and log files. This new view is a fast way to debug and compare data with filtering possibilities.

Accessing the Datatables view:

  • Select Datatables from Interfaces menu

2. Summary of GS API Changes

2.1 New Endpoints

  • New GS API endpoint to get invoice batches
  • New GS API endpoint to enable update of Invoice number and Invoice number 2 (ext_invoice_id and ext_invoice_id2) and to change status from Sent (30) to Delivered (60)
  • New GS API endpoint to fetch attachments on the invoice (blobs)
  • New GS API endpoint for creating Contract From template. Basic rule of use is that values from template is used unless the post body has values that override template values.
  • New GS API endpoint to list charge details of one invoice_header/document ID

2.2 Changes to Existing Endpoints

  • Endpoint
    api/interface/gsapi/organizations/list
    new optional parameter "inherit" (default=0), is interpreted together with parent_org_id.
    With value 1 grand children are returned.
  • Possibility to filter pricing API calls with valid from, valid to and org id parameters
  • Contract Actions API support to new contract header fields
